Welcome to TicketBot ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TicketBot website (" Website") located at https://ticketbot.dev, and the TicketBot Discord bot (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are located in the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Norway and are under the age of 18, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential and secure.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to engage in spam, phishing, or other harmful activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by TicketBot or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent from TicketBot.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Payments are processed via Stripe in USD.
• No refunds are offered for subscriptions.

6. User-Generated Content

You may upload or post content through the Service. By doing so, you grant TicketBot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the operation of the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload or post such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TicketBot. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketBot’s liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to USD 100.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, excluding its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through informal negotiations. If unresolved within 180 days, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
