Threads 👑

The ticket bot supports threads. This means that when a user creates a ticket, the ticket bot will create a thread in the channel where the panel was created.

Instead of the whole support team added to the threads, only the support team members who clicked the Join button will be added to the thread.

The ticket bot supports automations. This means that you can use pre-built automations to manage tickets. Features include:

  • Automatically closing tickets when the user leave the server.
  • Automatically closing tickets when the ticket is inactive for a certain amount of time.

To set up automations, go to the Subjects page and click on the Settings button you want to enable automations for.

Then, click on the Automations tab and enable the respective automation you want to use.
